Managing Meeting in Barcelona

MINUTES 

This meeting was organized for solving several issues regarding the first and second semester organization.

According to the Agenda, prof. Baseska and prof. Verges discussed regarding first semester finalization works (as contact person for UAB, prof. Verges coordinates all the professors who has classes at PhD Program). Next topic was second semester organization. Also, two professors from UAB will be engaged in giving lectures to the students at PhD programme.

One very important issue –mobility of the students was agreed. The way of organizing and managing of this activity and the content of the study visit of 7 students to UAB were discussed and agreed topics.

The next project activity – Dissemination of the Interim results of the Project was also discussed and the topics of presentation were agreed.

Meetings with professors Rialp and Gispert were regarding the exam results and necessity documents that have to be filled in and signed in order to complete the students’ folders. Also it was organized the next session of taking the exams of the students.
